Owner and President Tanya Chemodurow brings over 18 years of business ownership and management experience to the helm of ACM. With training certification in over a dozen related fields, Tanya is qualified to assist and advise customers on questions ranging from Asbestos Removal to industrial safety. She has been trained in Basic Emergency Response Awareness, OSHA Awareness, SBA Executive Development, and has attained Hazmat Certification, as well as Department of Homeland Security Clearance. Tanya takes pride in the fact that each of her employees is certified as required by the State of Montana, OSHA, the EPA, and receive annual refresher courses.

Mike Foust, Secretary and Treasurer, has over 15 years of experience as an Abatement and Scaffolding Superintendent and Labor Foreman. In addition to being an experienced equipment operator with backhoe, excavator and dozer experience, Mike has completed certifications including OSHA Disaster Site Training, numerous Montana Department of Environmental Quality divisions, and has attained Department of Homeland Security Clearance. Mike’s experience and wide variety of talents are greatly valued by ACM and its clients.

Crew Superintendent Brian Betts serves as ACM’s jack-of-all-trades. Brian has attained certifications in Hazmat, Confined Space, and Basic Emergency Response Awareness, and has a Montana Department of Environmental Quality Asbestos Contractor Supervisor Certification as well. His Basic Emergency Response Awareness Training and Emergency CPR Training are a statement to his impeccable on-site safety qualifications. Also a holder of Department of Homeland Security Clearance, Brian is an experienced Rough Terrain Forklift and Arial Platform Operator. He also serves as ACM’s estimating assistant.
